Japanese Style Fan for New Year 2020

Hello dear all,

welcome to 2020!
I wish you a very happy and good coming year !!

at the start of this new year,
I would like to celebrate with a Japanese style fan with you

みなさん！

新年おめでとうございます。

今年もよろしくお願いいたします。

早速ですが、和風の扇型飾りのご紹介です

We have traditional door decoration for New year
and due to religious reasons

I usually do not decorate them

but this year I decided to create a version of mine with a bit of

twists fm the traditional ones.

普通はしめ縄を飾るのですが

我が家は宗教的な原因で

しめ縄ではなく

少し雰囲気を変わって

和洋折衷の飾りをすることにしました。

I altered a fan with some winter flowers like chrysanthemum and camellia.

I used the main color of new year - red to represent happiness,

some purple cos it is my fav color,

and so softer pink

菊と椿などのオシャレな造花を使い、

赤、それから私の一番好きな紫と

薄いピンクを中心に作りました。

the special thing abt this project is that
I worked on a wired decoration,

using mainly Lindy's gang gorgeous EMBOSSING powder

この作品のチャーミングポイントは

なんといってもLindy's Gangのエンボスパウダーで

作ったところです

Embossing Powder -

Imperial Crown Purple Gold/

Gilded Burgundy Brass( it will be retired soon, go grab it NOW)

Sprays -

Bougainvillea Fuchsia/Prima Donna Purple

Tears On My Pillow Tangerine/Blazing Sun

the embossing powder worked wonder on the steel wire and

also some lace pattern.

I used some spray on the top of the embossed background

and it looks even more gorgeous and

breath taking !!

二色のエンボスパウダーを混ぜて

加熱したあと、スプレーも投入！

このキラキラで華やかな効果ができました
