Altered Brush for Mintay Papers

hi dearies!

today is my turn for DT work of Mintay Papers

I altered two brushes using

"http://www.mintaypapers.com/?page_id=1043Happy Place" "Flora book " "Frame book" 

"Flora book 2" "Junk book"

今日はMintayさんのDTワークのお披露目です

ブラシのオルタードをしました。

上記四コレクションを使いました。

Usually when we say altered brushes

it is always a lot of texture with 

some hard elements.

but this time I tried to create it with just paper

and very little texture.

普通オルタードブラシは

大体固いパーツを乗せるのが基本ですが

今回私は柔らかいペーパーだけで勝負をしてみました

I simply used different cut out parts fm the collections above

and put them in different layers

surrounded with some handmade flowers.

それぞれのコレクションの切り抜きパーツを

いっぱい使ってレイヤーに入れるだけでした。

もちろんおしゃれなハンドメイドフラワーも入れて

Autumn Wooden Panel with Mintay Papers Flora Book 3

Hello fans,

I made a welcome board for my front door

to display since we are officially Autumn now !

I picked Purple, yellow and red as the 

main color palette
to co-operate with the Mintay new "Flora book 3 "

ハロー！
本格的な秋になってきたので
新たに玄関の外で飾れるウェルカムボードを作りました。
紫・黄・赤という三色をベースにして

Mintayのフローラブック３を
沢山使って飾りました。

I have created a lot of heavy texture on the surface
to match with the raw and fresh images of Autumn

秋の雰囲気を出すべく、

特に質感をたっぷり付けました。

I especially love this silver cock's comb ! 
so adorable !!

特にこの鶏頭が好きで好きで！
見て♪！

and we cannot forget the cute little mushrooms !
I think all these elements added up to a very refreshing 

and vigorously !
忘れてはいけないのはきのこたちです！
いろんな種類が入っていて
どれも可愛いです　((´∀｀))
葉っぱやきのこや花などを
組み合わせて

とっても生き生きらしいデザインになったかと
思います。

The front page is decorated with Snip art chipboard
and some metal elements.

表紙でチップボードやメタルエンベリを使って
飾りました

Inside has 3 pages to store notes, 
tags and display photos.
中身は3ページあります

いっぱいあります

Triangle MDF for Mitform Castings

Hello my friends,
today I created a triangle shaped MDF
for Mitform Castings 

I used a photo of my talented photographer friend
C. Knight Images

私の尊敬する写真家の友人がとった写真を
使ってMitformさんのDTワークです

I love how powerful and mesmerizing this photo is.

So I tried to create the background of the sky
similar to the photo.
and a bit of how it actually looks like the galaxy

この写真がとてもパワフルでひとめを見たら

吸い込まれるように魅了されます
今回はバックをなるべく写真と近い雰囲気を
しようと思いました。
空の色がまるで銀河のように見えて
不思議な色合いを表現してみました

I used different shapes of castings from Mitform

to add more depth to the whole image and concept 
Mitformさんのいろんなサイズと形の
エンベリを使って
作品に深みを持たせたと思います

Altered house frame for Mitform Castings

Hi my friends,
today is my DT work for Mitform Castings.
I created a house shaped clock with the gears, 

clock hands and many more elements from Mitform

今日はポーランドメーカーのMitformさんのDTワークです

ギアとほかいろいろパーツ使って

ハウス型の時計にしました。

I wanted to create a bit of rusty ancient look,

but not too much,

so I have painted layers and layers of black and white

in btw all the area for this dramatical look

古びた雰囲気をちょうどいいの度合いで表現したくて

沢山のレイヤーを重ねて

黒と白を塗りました。

I have used the resistant effect and crackle in multiple area
I actually have used the same house shaped frame

for a completely different style of work.

レジスタントエフェクトとクラックルを沢山用いた作品ですが

実はこのハウス型を別の作品にも使ってました。

まったく違うスタイルです。

Altered Violin for CreARTive Corner

Today I want to share with you my altered violin using the latest Mintay Papers collection "Day by Day"

今日はMintayのペーパーを使って

バイオリンの作品です

I know that we seldom thought of using paper to decorate a MDF, 

but I think it would be fun and also very delicate. 

So here I tried it and the result is very satisfying !

ペーパーでこういう形でオルタードするのはめったにしないけど

これはこれで面白いかなと思って

やってみました。結果に満足です

I actually used two of the MDF violin here to create more dimension.

 I just glued them on the top of each other. 

こちらのバイオリンのＭＤＦを実は

２つ重ねて厚みを出しました。

Then I put white gesso on the whole surface, 

after that sprayed with multiple Lindy's gang colors to 

create the vintage and grungy look. 

Then I used Impasto paint to add some matte tone for it .

表面をジェッソーでカバーしたら

Lindyのスプレーで着色して

ビンテージ風にしてから

Impastoというマット調のアクリル絵の具で所々強調しました。

I used the element page in Mintay 's "Day by Day" collection as the decoration.

 I used one of the background pages on random area and 

used gesso to tone them down. 

These flowers are simply gorgeous so I cut more fm

 the other page in this collection.

Day by Dayのペーパーで所々貼って

切り抜きを沢山使って飾りました。

ジェッソーを少し塗って色あせたようにしました。

特にフラワーがいっぱいついているページから

切り取って飾っています

Altered Tin Can for Mitform Castings

Hi friends,

today I want to show you my project made for Mitform Castings

It is a altered tin can.

今日はポーランド製メタルエンベリメーカーのDTワークです

缶詰の缶をオルタードしました。

I have always wanted to alter a tin can 

but always forget to keep the can after eating the food inside 

haha

いつか缶詰めの作品をしようとしていたが

ほとんど缶をそのまま捨ててしまって

あとから”ああー！”というパターンで　笑

今回やっと実現！

I wanted to create something related to

undersea world mysteries

I hope I achieved what I aimed for!

今回のテーマは

深海のミステリみたいな雰囲気
