Mixed Media Shadow Box with Lindy's Gang

hiiii gang, today I am sharing the special project I did with my friends in the crop party last weekend.

We had three themes to work on , "Steampunk" "Shadow box" and "girly".

Sadly we could only finish one project that night.
I chose to combine "Steampunk" "Shadow box" into one.

こんにちは♪　先週の週末に

スタンプワンダーランド最終日後に

小さいクロパお泊り会の中で、

この作品を作りました。

当夜の課題のテーマは

「スチームパンク」「シャドウボックス」と「女子力」です。

しかし時間が限られていたので、

私は「スチームパンク」「シャドウボックス」を合体させて集中することにしました。

This shadow box is handcrafted by Ms Etsumi Ogino 's hubby.

She is one of the veteran stamping lecturer representing the Japan craft community.
I was very honor to have that opportunity to sit down 

and some good and fun crafting time with her,

and other crafty friend of mine.

このシャドウボックスは荻野悦美先生のご主人が制作したものです。

ご存知通り、荻野先生は日本のスタンプ・クラフト界でも

大御所の先生で、

今回、ご一緒することができて、本当に光栄に思います。

ご一緒するあきちゃんとともに

とっても楽しいクロパが出来ました♪
（爆笑するところも満載でｗ）

I decorated the shadow box with many layers of chipboard and MDF.

then heavy texture of paste and stones.

I used AB STudio 's stamps and some papers as the main focus points.

which I love tremendously !!!

シャドウボックスの中を、

チップボードとMDFの端切れのレイヤーをたっぷり重ねてから、

何重もテクスチャペーストとストーンを入れました。

大好きの大好きのポーランド発のペーパーとスタンプを

フォーカルポイントに使いました。

I have a short Live in my FB page showing 

how I did  the first few coats of the coloring.
I actually spent the whole night adding more colors and texture

to the whole piece, and the next morning before we had to pack to leave.

then finalized after I back home.

まだジェッソーしたばかりの状態から少しずつ色載せていく過程でした。

その夜はずーっと時間かけて、色載せたり、もっとテクスチャペースト足したり、

翌朝のチェックアウト前までギリギリやってました。

帰宅後にほかのパーツなど足して、完成しました。

I went for light grey and blue tone for this box as 

this is my fav color combo lately.
Everything looks AWESOMELY cool with those colors!!

色はLindy'sGangのスプレーとマジカルシェーカーを使いました。

グレーと薄いブルーという組み合わせは本当に最近私の定番！
