Mixed Media Canvas "Library"

I always love library. Because I always love reading and I have spent time working as an assistant at the school library. I enjoy spending time in the library even if I just walk around the rows and rows of book shelves
So today I just wanna enjoy the joy of creating something I like and this is what it is.

 The image is one of those jumbo giant library that has the huge high ceilings. Wow, just think of how many hours I could spend their makes me happy. So I decided to add a lot of textures and layers to express the depth of that image.

I used the blue ,brown and black colors fm Lindy's gang sprays for background color. And the awesome graphite texture paste fm Finnabair. The touch of graphite reminds me some of the rough surfaces of those ancient old books.

 I love looking at this angle, I can literally see the width fm that library scene. I have added many foam tape and hardboard at the back on each layers to build up.

 Here is black chipboard fm 49and Market, clip embellishments fm Tim Holtz, resin piece fm Prima, the name plate fm Daiso. Some watercolor paper scrap here and there. and two handmade mini book stained with Lindy's spray.

 The shinny hue you see everywhere are made with the beautiful gorgeous Finnabair wax . I love using them even though my fingers look so dark and dirty afterwards !!
