Ancient Hexagon Treasure Box with Deco Art

hello friends,
today I altered a Christmas candy box into

 an ancient treasure box.

こんにちは

クリスマスのお菓子缶をオルタードして

古代西洋によくある宝箱に変身させました。

in this project,

the techniques I used are to focus on

using different medium on different layers

to share off their best effect 

この作品では特に強調したかったのは

着色に関するいろんなテクです。

違うメディウムをそれぞれの

レイヤーに使うことで

最大限の力を発揮させることを目指しました。

I first primed the tin candy can with 

Deco Art Chalky Finish paint

and then added on some heavy deep gold and purple acylic paints.

then I added Deco Art Chalky Finish paint "Refreshing" (mint) 

and "Remembrance" (purple) in dry brush, light strokes.

まず缶をDecoartのチョークフィニッシュペイントを

下地として塗ってから

濃いゴールドと紫のアクリル絵の具を相互的に塗った。

それから乾いた筆で軽く薄く

チョークフィニッシュペイントのミントとパープルを

薄く所々塗りました。

Last procedure, I used Lindy's Gang spray to put on the shimmer

which you can see they shine through all the layers.

最後にLindysGangのスプレーを一番上から載せて

レイヤーを通してもラメが透き通ってキレイに見えます。

I hope this project reminds you those

ancient barque treasure box we see so much in the old movies.

and that it brings you some kind of good feeling

in your heart.
