Mixed Media Layout "Allow your soul to grow"

if you have seen my work you may already knew this :
I dont do layout that often

In fact, this is actually my first Mixed media layout I have ever done. (the first one is very simple one without much paints and medium)
My reason not to try Layout was, I dont know how and where to display them lol
but I am always up for challenges and I decided I need to try it !

So here is my piece

I am inspired by the colorful impression of the mood board.
And the curved lines in the board reminded me a beautiful soft hair of a young lady,
which is the photo I chose.

There is really limited choices of dusty attic products here in Japan , among them I picked chipboard Federation Frame set as the outline of the whole layout.

Dusty Attic Creative Script Stencil was used as background texture.

I also used the inner parts of Dusty Attic chipboard Federation Frame set, together with Dusty Attic chipboard Elegant Pearls to represent the curve lines of the mood board.

A start to finish video is here

In this layout I used acrylic paints fm Turner ( a well known brand fm Japan) and Impasto paint for coloring.

I love the stickers produced by my dear friend and mentor Marta
Łapkowska

I am grateful for the support fm my friends and I hope you enjoy this post.
Have a nice day.
