Mixed Media Journal cover "Inside the head"

I have made a journal cover to apply for Creative Embellishments' Sept monthly challenge

I am inspired by the  image of a human brain(head)

My journal cover is divided into half and half. Half is the rational thinking inside the head(the circuit stencil) while the other half is the emotional part (Greek Key Pattern Stencil). The pattern looks like the human brain parts to me

Inside the head, we have bad memories/experience, as indicated by the black beads. But we do have wonderful memories and thinking which are the glitters and the flowers. Gears of time control how our brain(head) develops but time will not compensate our brain that can CREATE, DREAM and IMAGINE.

I love working with Creative Embellishments' chipboard and now they have more choices for stamps and stencils. I am beyond excited.
